Well-Being Therapy offers a range of services which are tailored to fit each person. A wide array of techniques are available for use and sessions are designed to create experiences which are transformative for the client. Clients are assisted using a variety of tools including; transference of communication and life skills, changes to attitude, outlook or thought patterns, emotional release work, guided imagery, breath work, creative therapies, table work, reframing, affirmation, intuitive development, family of origin work, cognitive therapies and heart centered listening. Diet and lifestyle changes may also be considered.
